on clicking any link, we cannot go back to the previous page by clicking backspace, fix this issue

Hello there,

I suggest trying the "Refresh Firefox" feature which usually fixes most problems. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

The "Refresh" feature works by creating a new profile folder for you while saving your most important data.

If the above won't work then you can go ahead and reinstall Firefox.

Give those steps a try and see if the issue still persists!

I get around this issue by right clicking the link and selecting Open In New Tab/Window.
