Is this website safe...http://fnvfox.appspot.com/index.html...?

When I signed into my mail account, this tab also opened: http://fnvfox.appspot.com/thankyou.html I then clicked on home and the website indicated under "Question" opened. I question the address because I had an incident when someone hacked my PayPal account (and put charges on the account) and my Bell (Phone) account offering a freebie--both addresses where not kosher. Thanks.

The site has no relation to the Firefox web browser nor to mozilla.

The site seems to be related to the "Download Flash and Video" Extension being hosted at https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/download-flash-and-video/ which is where the download page sends you to.
