It's not easy to register for the Mozilla forums!

I was unable to find a way to register for the Mozilla forums, which is very strange! I took the advice of a comment and asked a question of the forum, which required that I first register. So here I am. The comment, of course, is that it should be easy to register from the Log In screen, which is also named "Log In /Register." I'm all set now, thank you.

Thank you for that. It would be helpful if the name of that page were changed to "Register or Volunteer for Mozilla Support". That would make things a lot easier. Plus, as I said, the log-in page is named "Log In /Register." But you can't actually register there. This is obviously my first time on the Mozilla forums, and I just expected an obvious way to sign in. Thanks for your tip.

thank you for the idea Gene. it does make sense.

You can click the "Volunteer for Mozilla Support" button on the "https://support.mozilla.org" page to go to the "https://support.mozilla.org/get-involved" page.

Thats what I did.

(this is in reply to corel's post but it ended up down the page from it. Now it looks like I was responding the post above me, which I wasnt.)

I went to reply but mistakenly just posted the quote and not my response. Now the quote was sitting there by itself with nothing else. I wanted to delete it so I could give my response (a thumbs up to corel) but dont see any way to delete it. I view that as user-unfriendly. I've now changed that erroneous post to this. At least we can edit things.
