I no longer get the drop down for saving passwords and I can't get the exceptions option to highlight so I can choose this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
I used to get a drop down asking if I want them to remember my password, this drop down no longer appears. When I go to the security page I can't choose the save password option or the exceptions option. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You'll need to make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode as this won't trigger "Save password" prompt. https://support.mozilla.org/kb/Private+Browsing
Follow the steps below to make sure Firefox is not running on private browsing:
Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history" Untick checkbox: "Always use Private Browsing mode"
