Chosen solution

the Microsoft Silverlight plugin should have the update checking by Firefox on plugins tab about:addons menu it says no updates found, Moreover, Windows updates should check for the newer version updates itself.

By the way your links is useful to make manual update from v5.1.40416.0 15th April 2015 to v5.1.40620.0 19th June 2015

and fixed the issue after Silverlight manual install & Restarting Firefox.

the problem has been solved.

Thanking your cooperation.
