How to delete many bookmarks at one time

You can select multiple items in the usual way, either via Ctrl+A to select them all the using the Shift key to select a range (click the first item and hold Shift and left-click to mark the last). You can toggle an individual item by holding down the Ctrl key and a left-click. You can use the Delete key to avoid using the context menu.
