i normally download beta updates via softpedia (do you recommned somewhere else?) they give versions as beta 2,beta 3 etc. where is the correaltion ? why doesnt ff give me the beta version (i think it used to in the information box some releases ago) thanks for the help

about:buildconfig does not help. your web link is ok but why doesnt the main page show the version ? i have to click to download before i can see if there is a new one

Note that about:buildconfig can be accessed via the Help > Troubleshooting Information page (about:support).


You can find the source stamp in the application.ini file in the program folder and make a link if you do not want to open Firefox.
