printing defaults to 4 copies

i am print purolator labels and somehow the default of copies has changed to 4

Hi popinski, You can change this in your printing settings. Open up the Print dialogue. Under "Presets" select "Show Presets" and you can change the default profile here. Or try resetting the stored printing settings in Firefox here:
