Where is the location bar? Have been tyring to get rid of snapdo.com and cdn1.predistad.com I run Malwarebytes everytime I turn on my computer.
Also use Norton Internet Security. I do very little web cruising. Very careful about where I go on the Web. Malwarebytes seems to show that it blocks cdn1.predictad.com but does not refer to Snapdo. Have reset my browser several times. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Running Windows 8.1

Seems like you or someone else has not been careful enough. Especially as a Reset did not solve the issue you probably have multiple issues.
Remove any obvious unwanted toolbars or extensions from Firefox using the addons page. Do similar with Windows using Windows Control panel. next run scanswithmultiplendup-to-date tools. Obviously Malwarebytes & Norton AV alone are not sufficient. See the instructions further down, and read these articles:
- Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page
- Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware <-- Please try all the tools mentioned
- http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-snapdo-virus/
- http://www.anti-spyware-101.com/predictad-removal
BUT take care to follow the steps but NOT as far as downloding any paid for removal tool. There are almost always free tools, or free advice on removal available.
Please post back to say how you get on and list what you did and what was found.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- Anti-Rootkit Utility - TDSSKiller
- AdwCleaner (for more info, see this alternate AdwCleaner download page)
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one. Windows 8 has antivirus built-in already.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
