Seems like you or someone else has not been careful enough. Especially as a Reset did not solve the issue you probably have multiple issues. Remove any obvious unwanted toolbars or extensions from Firefox using the addons page. Do similar with Windows using Windows Control panel. next run scanswithmultiplendup-to-date tools. Obviously Malwarebytes & Norton AV alone are not sufficient.
