Last year I bought Malwarebytes through your support as I have a problem with Firefox.

I went to help with firefox and someone contacted me and I bought Malwarebytes. My laptops were stolen on April 23rd. Now I have 2 new laptops and need to reinstall the program that I bought for a lifetime and can not get anyone. I have a phone # but leaving a messge does not help. Nobody gets back to me.
