Lately, when I click on a link to another page, I often get a blank page; but, when I choose to open it in another tab or window, it loads properly -- any quick-fix short of Refreshing Firefox?

I want to resolve all these Security redundancies anyway when I have the time; then I'll reinstall FireFox. Thanks for all the help!
