That's an easy one :) https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ provides the installers, just choose the one you want and download it to a usb drive, then take it to your computer that isn't connected to the internet.

You should just be able to download the .EXE and move it to a flash drive and open the .EXE on the mechanic thats offline. you can get firefox here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

How ever I cant see why, you would want Firefox on a computer that is offline, i cant see what good it will do. But what i said above should work.

The URL downloads the downloader Stub. seems to small for full version of browser.

sir.mayo's link is wrong, use mine, that will give you the full installer.

Try the one at end of this post, find the download for you language, i just now saw the link was wrong. This one should be right. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/
