Hi kenstruks , This Mozilla Support forum for firefox support is answered by a team of volunteers / individual contributors. So you might not be able to find a phone number to speak to someone regarding your firefox account. (unless a volunteer is willing to share the phone number and talk to you over phone regarding this. )

I followed instructions and removed Yahoo from my preferences, options, and chose Google as my search engine. Now when I type something into the search bar, the item comes up from YAHOO. Why can't I get rid of this damn thing????
