After switching to Firefox I screen asked about public networks. I think I granted access. How can I change that?

Running Windows 7. Switched from Internet Explorer to Firefox. A message screen came up the next time I used Firefox asking about public networks. I think I granted access to public networks and I don't want that. How do I change that?

This sounds like a Windows Firewall issue. In order to change it back it is possible to access this setting from the Firewall.
