iMAC OS 10.10.2 Firefox 36

When I open a dialog box, bottom or right side or both are cut off. I have looked all over and can not find the answer, all though I tried several possible solutions. Have not added any extensions or plug-ins. Help appreciated. Thanks!

Chosen solution

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Your zoom controls.

<Control> + (plus) enlarge <Control> - (minus) reduce <Control> 0 (zero) restore
