In Menu > File > Email Link... HOWTO can I set default "to" to myself and "subject prefix" to the word "agd"?

All this can do is call your chosen e-mail program. Once done, type your first or last name in the To field. This should call up any matches from the Address Book. Make sure you have yourself listed.
