Trying to upload a file to a classified ad site and get the above message. It says I can change the limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing value in IIS administration tools but I don't know how to find either.

I believe that message about changing IIS settings would only be for the operator of the server: IIS is Microsoft's web server software.

Is it a particularly large file?

Does it work in other browsers?
