When I am in firefox and sign in to aol my favorite places do now show up.

If they do not import from the Bookmarks > Import from another browser in the "Show All Bookmarks" Menu there is a tool to convert the raw files. Take note that there is also the AOL toolbar and third party tools are not supported: http://www.linkagogo.net/go/Convert?informat=aol&outformat=netsc...
