suddenly can't access yahoo mail in firefox

after years of working with yahoo mail in firefox, i have difficulty accessing my yahoo mail.

i have followed the instructions for clearing the caches, deleting and reinstalling firefox, these do not work. i have made certain that yahoo pop-ups and yahoo mail pop-ups are allowed.

all updates have been applied.

the problem on started on 02-01-2015.

your help will be appreciated.

What is happening when you try to access the mail, are there error messages?

I have this problem, too. Started on 2/12 and it might have been after a Microsoft update. It only happens on this computer, not my other one, and only when using Firefox; if I use IE, Chrome, Safari, it works fine. I can access the mail, but I can't reply; my side bar and Yahoo Mail tool bar up top appear, but the center reply column is blank.

Any suggestions?
