I tried to reset my master password, and was told it was reset, but nothing told me WHAT it was reset to, which does me no good at all.

I followed the directions in the HELP section, reset the password. Tried to use the email again, was told it was the login failed. I tried the two passwords I thought might work; neither of them did. So now I have no idea what the new master password is. I don't even know if I can RECEIVE email. If someone answers this, can you send the answer to two addresses? Mine is johnvarley@comcast.net. The other, in case I can't get mail there, is leeemmett@varley.net. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
