This bug is fixed in the current Nightly build.

  • bug 1123778 - Win7 startup crash in _invalid_parameter_noinfo coming from js::random_initState, connected to WindowsApiHookDll32.dll / ActiveDetect32.dll

I don't know if there are plans to back port it to Firefox 37 (developer edition) and 36 (beta).
