I have added extension on firefox version 36 and also extension is enabled but it does not work as expected. This procedure works in other version smoothly. Can you provide any details regarding version 36. We are fetching extension from crossrider site.

Firefox 36 is in the Beta testing phase currently. Not every extension is compatible with Beta versions. That extension may need to be updated for full compatibility with Firefox 36.
