The menu bar in Windows Vista looks ugly. Can I somehow glass it?

In Firefox Australis, The menu bar is "lighted" in light aero style. Is there someway to fix this? Or any addon? Is this a feature, and can I disable it?

Note that there are solid lightweight themes (Personas) that only have a background color.
