Can't open menu botton.

This is the latest version, 35.0. Other bottons work well. I have tryed to delete cashes or disused add-ons.

Addition to that, I don't know if it relates to this problem, my fire fox can't open PDF page( comes to search result page, but when I open the link a blank page turns up ) and is running really slow these days. I don't change the environment of my computer.

Is that the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Yes, it means "3-bar" Firefox menu button. I've tried DEFAULT theme and the Safe Mode, but yet it doesn't work....
