Firefox says my flash is vulnerable and needs updating. (15.0.0.223) But when I go to Adobe Flash website and check, it says I have 16 whatever and is current.

ALSO... please, how in the heck do I know what I should do with Java? Your 'update now' button does not help me in the least. It takes me to a page with all kinds of words that I do not understand and wants me to choose which update I need. No clue here.

Yes, it was the same in both destinations. Just showed the most recent Flash 16. I uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and things seem to be much better now. And it no longer says my flash is vulnerable.

I appreciate your help, thank you.

hello tanoota, according to your system details you appear to have multiple versions of the flash plugin installed - for a solution please refer to cor-el's answer here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/983849

or https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1489272

I typed in the about:plugins and I only see the one entry. You said I have multiples... where would I find them?

is it the same in "about:addons?plugins" ...?
