where is the page reload option toforce a new page from online

I am uploading updated pages to my website, but it appears that firefox is reading from my computer but not from my online webpages, there used to be a reload choice with a right mouse on the page and also under view but with the firefox 33.1 i am using I cannot find this choice. I have checked that the new pages are there but the old pages that I need to see them with do not update. wendy

Try { Ctrl + F5 } to by-pass the cache and reload from the server.
