sumtotal neuron plugin.
where is the download link for the sumtotal neuron plugin. Toolbook site says it is located in firefox Browser product's Plugins folder. but i cannot find that.

Does the plugin show up on Firefox's Add-ons page? Either:
- Ctrl+Shift+a
- "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
In the left column, click Plugins. If it is not listed here, then it could be in the wrong folder, or the Neuron installer might not have listed it in the Windows Registry (where Firefox often finds plugins).

Please update to Firefox 33 and try there Update Firefox to the latest release
