I think you'll find it here:

http://download.cdn.mozilla.net/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/latest/linux-x86_64/xpi/rm.xpi

If you create a bookmark or favourite for this link, the latest version will be easy to find.

It appears to be on the https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/language-tools/ page but not on the Thunderbird page https://addons.mozilla.org/thunderbird/language-tools/
