i can only get aol mail to work when i open internet explorer, then talktalk mail. for some reason on firefox i get the message 'unable to connect to cpw.mail.aol.com.' how can i resolve this please.

It worked fine for me.

Some added toolbar and anti-virus add-ons are known to cause Firefox issues. Disable All of them.
