On a particular website I need to share location. How do I turn it back on?

Chosen solution

While viewing the site, click the padlock or globe icon to the left of the address. Then click More Information, and on the top row, click Permissions. Then you can read down the panel for the "Access Your Location" permission and modify the setting as you like.

After making a change, you probably need to reload the page.
