I have had the free Superantispyware for many years. Having trouble for the first time. The full computer search stops at C:USERS\IAN\APPDATA\LOCAL\MOZILLA\FIREFOX\PROFILES\7CHPA2BY.DEFAULT\CACHE2\ENTRIES At least 10 attempts have stopped at this point and nothing happens further. The quick scan then finds several malware threats. I emailed the company but got no reply. If no help I'll get rid of it.

It is usually best to exclude the Firefox cache. Current versions that use the new cache (cache2) also compress files.

Many thanks. Working now and picked up some adware threats. Cheers!

Working perfectly again. I do appreciate the help I get on Firefox. I am a long time fan of the browser.
