I have a Problem with deleted emails returning. My troubleshooting information page does not have a reset firefox button in the upper-right corner.

I have a problem with deleted emails returning. Can I remove Thunderbird and re-install to correct this problem. Also on the Troubleshooting Information Page I do not have a Reset Firefox button in the upper right hand corner. I would like a very simple way of fixing this problem if this is possible, this problem is starting to drive me nuts. If I can remove Thunderbird and Re-install to correct this problem will my email address remain the same.

You can re-install, but it almost certainly won't fix your problem.

I do not have a Reset Firefox button in the upper right hand corner.

I suppose we're talking about Thunderbird here, so that sounds about right.
