How can I regularly backup my tab groups. (Tired of them disappearing every few months)

Got lucky today, got em back this time. Have never found out how to back up tab GROUPS I back up bookmarks all the time, but need to back up the "organization & layout" of the GROUPS.

In the bookmarks library, create a new folder and put their links there.

App (pinned) tabs and Tab groups are stored in the sessionstore.js file in the profile folder.
