I am missing the download arrow at top right of address bar which indicates when a download is happening and completed. I know I used to have it but don't any more. How can I get this?

Well, Look on your mozilla browser right hand side corner there is a "open Menu" option you have to open that and you can customize the whole view. And there you will get every single options of Mozilla. like Downloads, History, Print and all.
