For some time now Firefox had been painfully slow on certain sites, such as Facebook and a few others. I finally decided to try and fix it. Using FF safe mode didn't do the trick, so I reset FireFox. The problem is exponentially worse now. Facebook is all but unusable along with nearly every other site. Internet Explorer works fine (never said that in reference to FF) and it is counterproductive to use FF. Flash seems to crash often.

The strangest thing is I have FF on another computer and it runs flawlessly.

Hi TigerBloodnAdonisDNA , Quick fixes if your Firefox slows down as well as does this also happen in a new profile?

A quick test Profile Manager - Create, remove or switch Firefox profiles from the command line and click create a new profile.

None of the above solutions work. A new profile seemed to help somewhat for a little while, but after 10-15 minutes it has returned to being horrendous.

Hello TigerBloodnAdonisDNA,

deinstall useless Add-ons and clean your cache. Check your PC with a antivir programm.

Does this problem exist with other browsers too or only with FF?

If it still doesn't work contact us further.

This seems to be getting repetitive. I reset FireFox and the problem was worse if anything. If you would have read my original response, FireFox is the only browser that has the problem.

No viruses.
