Where is the reset-button to find - it is not in the upper-right ........

Click the Reset Firefox… button in the upper-right corner of the Troubleshooting Information page.

The Reset Firefox button is only available for the default Profile. If you don't see it in Troubleshooting Information you aren't using the default Profile.
