Firefox is the best browser I have used, but today, ALL DAY, I am unable to work with my Gmail Account!! What's the matter?

Any and every web page I go to, downloads rapidly. My google account struggles and struggles. I am now trying to do my emailing on my cell phone. Called my service provider - no problems. Checked out my laptop - no problems! Is it Google? Is it Firefox?

hello, try to clear the cache & cookies from google.com and reload the page.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode; Press the <Alt> or <F10> key to bring up the tool bar. Followed by;

Windows; Tools > Options Linux; Edit > Preferences Mac; application name > Preferences

Then Advanced > General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites and see if there is still a problem. Then restart.
