The TMZ website goes dark. explorer ok. removed addons,cache

When I type in TMZ.com the websites come up for a few minutes and then the screen goes dark. I have removed all cookies, disabled add-ons, MZ Works in safe mode and added TMZ ad an exception and nothing works. I also have a problem downloading files. I do not know what else to do. Please help thank you
