How to restore title bar? Page title only displays on tabs - that's not good enough

I used to be able to see the page title in the title bar. Firefox has removed this feature, and now I have to mouse over the tab to view the page title. This is another example of removing features that people use for reasons I don't understand. So far, I've had to install two "add ons" to restore common features on previous versions - and features still on IE and Chrome.
