Where is my download arrow/bar that was on the right side, top of screen?

Before the last upgrade, there was a green download arrow on the right side of the screen that would activate and show the progress of a download. Now it isn't there and I don't know where to look. Thank you.

Hi,

It's odd that it's not there anymore. Go into the menu (The image "new fx menu" does not exist.) > Customize and see if you can't drag it out to the toolbar
