After the new update of firefox it resets my homepage setting that I have made It loads at random interfalls a search engine called search.conduit.com.

After the new update of firefox it resets my homepage setting that I have made It loads at random interfalls a search engine called search.conduit.com. How do I stop this!

You can check in "Windows Control Panel > Programs" for recently installed programs to see if anything from Conduit shows up.

  • Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features > Uninstall or change a program
  • Click the Installed column to sort by this heading

You can open the about:config page via the location bar and search for prefs that refer to conduit and reset related user set (bold) prefs via the right-click context menu to the default value.
