Customize still does not work after 29.0.1 update. Addon bar still appears in toolbar list, and menu cannot be customized. All I did was install a theme.

Theme installed in v29.0.0 was LavaFox v2 (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lavafox-v1/?src=cb-dl-users). Installing this theme destroyed customization capabilities in v29.0 of Firefox, and installed the Addon bar. Removed the theme, but Addon bar remains, along with destroyed customization capabilities.

LAST RESORT ! ! Reset Firefox

Load in LavaFox only and see if there is a problem. Then reload your other add-ons a few at a time. If everything loads in, Great ! ! If not, then you know where the problem is.
