Answer questions in the support forum

  1. Sign in to SUMO (or sign up if you don't have a SUMO account).
  2. Visit the Firefox support forum, choose a question and post your answer.
Tip: The Common responses feature lets you reuse predetermined answers (entered here) to common questions. To post a common response, click on the common responses link on the reply box, then navigate to the appropriate category and select a response. You can edit these responses to make them more personal.

Answer questions on Twitter

The Army of Awesome tool lets you see and respond to Firefox-related tweets.

  1. Sign in to SUMO (or sign up if you don't have a SUMO account).
  2. Visit Army of Awesome.
  3. At the top of the Army of Awesome page, click on the blue "Sign in and connect to Twitter" button to add your Twitter account to your profile.
  4. Choose a tweet and respond to it.
Help us keep the tool manageable. If you see anything that's not support-related, please click on the Remove button to remove the tweet.
