Hi avf442,

Could you tell us a bit more about what happened before you noticed your bookmarks and passwords were missing?

For example:

  • Did you recently reset your Mozilla account?
  • Did the issue start after updating Firefox or reinstalling the app?
  • Are you using Firefox Sync, and if so, are your bookmarks and passwords still available on any of your other devices?
