Please delete the program directory (for Windows at "c:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird” or c:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird”), and reinstall.

The location will be either "c:\Program Files\Mozilla Thunderbird” or c:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird”
