Sweep function

You should add the "sweep" function to the email. It would help when cleaning up the account immensely! If you don't know what I mean, you could look at Outlook. We use Thunderbird for our business email, but because it's so hard to clean up and I'm tired of wading through it to find emails, I'm thinking of switching. I will give you guys some time to come up with a good solution first. Thank you for reading!

How is sweep different from using a filter? They seem similar to me (although I've never used Outlook). Thank you.

It does indeed https://www.google.com/search?q=outlook+sweep+function&oq=outlook+sweep+function - combination of auto-archive and filter. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/archived-messages and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/organize-your-messages-using-filters

What functions exactly are you interested in?
