All of a sudden I have no emails since January 13th, when I usually have emails every day. I tried sending myself a message as to why no emails, and thunderbird would not allow me to send a message to myself. Based on this I'm sceptical whether an email will reach me. What can I do?

To begin with, please send us a screenshot of any messages you are receiving Is this an IMAP or POP account? Are you running Thunderbird on a computer, Mobile, Tablet or something else (please specify)? Which Operating System are you using?
