FF 77.01 with no tabs open (no connections to any site) I see Firefox connecting to ec2-52-27-162-24.us-west-2.compute.amazonaws.com with a destination port of 52303. the connection remains established.

Can anyone identify this connection and how it is used?

I take it from your reply that Firefox should not be connecting to the above site.

When I try to enter the 2 new sites I get an error "Links are not allowed in the forums"
