How do I cleanup a Windows10 PC after I unwisely loaded a firefox-patch.js from bahshname321.org?

I've seen other threads about why I shouldn't have loaded this FireFox patch, but not how to clean it up. I ran McAfee but it did not detect anything to clean up. It seemed the javascript was running a ping. I was running Firefox 47 on Windows10 at the time this script ran. I am now updated to FF 50. Does anyone know what this malware typically does and how to get rid of it?

Thanks for reporting a fake update. Please see the article I found a fake Firefox update.

You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:

Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista if you don't already have one. Windows 8/10 have antivirus protection built-in.

Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.
