When I try to print a web page it says selected printer cannot be found? Never had problems until I down loaded Windows 10. I have even updated fIREFOX .

When i try to print a web page it comes up with message selected printer cannot be found. This was ok until I downloaded Windows 10. I have updated Firefox to latest edition, but still same message comes up.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem, and refreshing firefox doesn't help.

What I did was to restart the computer after refreshing Firefox and that seemed to work.

I refreshed Firefox, went into the Control Panel to change my default printer, restarted my computer, then restarted Firefox, and I still have the same problem! And it prints fine from Excel, so it's not the hook-up to the printer.

You'll never guess what fixed it: after I changed the default printer in Microsoft Edge it started printing okay in Firefox!!
